Change Processes in a Work-From-Home Contingency Planner

Download the 15-Page Planner

In this guide, I explain how to prepare a team to work from home without missing a beat, in the event of a pandemic, natural disaster, or other unforeseen event.

The target audience for this planner is teams who are new to working from home or who have concerns and worries about working in different locations.

This Guide Has 2 Parts

IN PART 1: If the team hasn’t already done so, they will spend a little time getting everyone on board to prepare a work-from-home contingency plan.

IN PART 2: Once everyone agrees that building a contingency plan is a good idea, they’ll work through a 5-step checklist.
